This automatic feeding system, originally developed for OKU assembly machines, can now be ordered, separately.

Main features Automatic filling of the spring detangler, by bulk storage bowl feeder, monitored by level sensors, to correct filling level. Separation and feeding into a tube feeder also, with filling level sensor. Retention of entangled (double) springs by calibration tooling. Automatic discharge of springs which cannot be disentangled by tooling, after repeated feeding attempts. Performance depends on type and design of spring.
